Consumer Interviewers

We provide ongoing training to all of our employees in an effort to always be up-to-date with the newest techniques and technology. We believe that providing employees with consistent training is critical for maintaining our stringent quality standards. Our interviewing training is based on the Insights Association (Market Research) Professional Interviewing Program. We also coordinate with clients on providing training tailored to a client or projects’ specific requirement.

Business Interviewers

All of our executive research associates working on business-to-business studies are selected from the top 10% of our consumer-interviewing workforce. Once a research associate is selected they are subjected to a training program that encompasses our client’s specific and unique techniques (if required), business-to-business interviewing techniques, professionalism, the use of our toll-free incoming lines, gatekeeper and interviewer rebuttals. Only those interviewers who successfully pass this training are allowed to be part of the business-to-business work shift.


Every study conducted by MIS receives a minimum of 10% monitoring to insure that the highest quality standards are met. We also offer clients the ability to monitor their own projects. Monitoring can be conducted either onsite or from a remote location via toll-free lines. We also offer capability to record 100% of all activities.
